Donations, Accomplishments!

The Richfield Township Downtown Development Authority was formed in 2010 under the State of Michigan Public Act 197 of 1975, as amended. Improvements to downtown Saint Helen reflect the energy, leadership and generous contributions from local businesses and residents, plus allocations from the Roscommon County Board of Commissioners.
